Disappointing

Liked: The location was great for skiing and the restaurant on the property was perfect.
Disliked: The bathrooms in the pool and hot tub area were disgusting, and the only source of heat in the unit I stayed in was the fireplace, which had a loud banging when the blower kicked on and woke me up every hour through the night and the bright light was very disturbed, wrapped in while trying to sleep. I tried to lower the heat but the room got too cold and there were no extra blankets. The woman at the front desk told me I could’ve asked for a space heater however, this occurred through the night and they don’t have anyone that could’ve brought the heater to me I would’ve had to go and get it myself after I had already been in bed. Overall I did not sleep at all that night.

Liked: Having a full kitchen.
Disliked: The women’s pool changing rooms needed to be cleaned, however, the person that left their hair and dirty pad in the shower should be ashamed of themselves! It is not realistic to necessarily have staff look over the bathrooms every hour. The main outdoor hot tub was not hot so we couldn’t enjoy longer than a few minutes since it was cold out.

Liked: I liked the studio room we stayed in and I loved the arcade and other amenities!
Disliked: Well I spent extra money on a studio room and our stove had absolutely no power so I wasted money on food I couldn’t cook.

Liked: A very cozy and spacious studio room.very clean.The heated pool and jacuzzi are not bad for relaxing.Very nice and helpful staff.Washing machine and dryer in the room for free, not obvious at all.Very nice fireplace, adds to the pleasant atmosphere.Relatively well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: You can't sleep with the air conditioner/fireplace on, it's as loud as a truck inside the room.You can clearly hear everything the neighbors are doing as if they were in the room with you, I do not recommend bringing children with you because of what we heard.In general, the sleep is not the best because of the reasons I mentioned.
