Disliked: wifi is restricted, no whatsapp voice calls or messenger ,the plumbing is noisy

Disliked: When I checked in I was given a double queen room. When asked, was told no king rooms were available.I went to room and it was a double queen with accessible shower.After checking my reservation that showed I had booked a king room. I went back to the check-in desk and talked to a different representative. She said I was bumped from king to double queen, but she said a king room was available.I shouldn’t have had to press the issue to get the room I booked. This was the first time I’ve had a hotel bump my room downward.
