Disliked: I recently had a disturbing experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. During my stay, I was injured in the bathroom due to a broken and likely rusted shower head, which appears to have deteriorated over time due to lack of proper maintenance. While showering, the pressure caused the broken shower head to dislodge and hit me directly in the face, resulting in a bleeding nose and visible bruising. This was not only painful but left me quite shaken.To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact reception for assistance, my calls went unanswered. I had no choice but to dress and go down to the front desk myself to ask for ice for my injury. The following day, after returning home, I reached out to the hotel manager, Alexander Belezky, to report the incident and my injuries, expecting a responsible follow-up and some reassurance that corrective actions would be taken. Unfortunately, despite assurances that he would get back to me, I have received no further communication. This lack of response shows an alarming disregard for guest safety and well-being.I urge them to address these issues seriously and provide a safer experience for future guests. I hope to hear from you soon regarding what measures are being taken to prevent similar accidents.
