Liked: Convenient. Cute design. Friendly staff!
Disliked: Room was scalding hot, once we were able to get in. We were sent the wrong code.

Excellent value in a mid-range...

Liked: Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, well-stocked breakfast bar and coffee.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Exceptional

Liked: Fun atmosphere. Clean and comfy. They got the retro done right. Got in late at night. Loved that the curtain was open and they "leave a light on for ya."

Fun vibe despite bare bones...

Liked: Very cool 50s design/retro vibe! Very nice and friendly staff too. Beautiful location on the Marine Drive!
Disliked: As far as amenities go, it’s pretty basic, just soap and skin lotion in the rooms, not a whole lot to offer for breakfast (although the pop tarts are nice!)

Liked: Great overall. Receptionist was super friendly. They let us check in early based on our outdoor plans being cancelled for weather. Adorable furnishings. Fun to step back in time
Disliked: I really can’t complain because it’s an old building. The walls are thin and it’s easy to hear neighbors. Not something the staff can really fix. It is what it is and the overall experience was worth a little noise.
