Good option for Melbourne CBD

Liked: Location is great, right at the border of the CBD. Room was very big, comfy and modern, with plenty of space.
Disliked: Breakfast is sufficient but poor for such a hotel. Staff were great, excepting this one guy in reception who was a bit unprofessional (yawning when attending us and also laughing at our more-than-normal questions like when is the breakfast).

Good value for money. Good...

Liked: The property was very close to the train station within walking distance. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. We were able to secure an earlier check-in which was much appreciated.
Disliked: You could hear outside noise from other rooms as hallways are quite narrow.One staff member was not very knowledgeable when asking where any cafes were he only suggested one up the road which may not be open. Upon exiting there was a full shopping complex just a short stroll in the other direction.

Amazing stay and great Melbourne...

Liked: Very good hotel with convenient location to explore Melbourne city in Xmas, and really friendly and helpful staff to organize check in time for me due to flight. Really appreciate the help and support from the hotel team and nice stay in Melbourne trip for 2 days.
Disliked: N/A
