Liked: Friendly service and big clean spacious room. We had a very brief but lovely stay. Comfy beds. Great sleep! The hotel layout was super confusing and was nearly impossible to navigate even with a map!

Liked: Waited to check in which is at 4 but got there to check in around 3:00 had to wait in a long line didn’t get to check in until 3:30 but the room wasn’t ready. Was told it would be ready by 3:40 and came back and still wasn’t so we waited until almost 5 and finally our room was ready. After that the experience was pretty much good.

Disliked: The hot tub is literally disintegrating. We had to change rooms because of mold in the shower. When we got to the next room the floor of the bathroom was missing grout in so many spots the tile was moving. There is carpet on the balconies and it seems to be holding water and doing damage to the balconies themselves.

Liked: They were PHENOMENAL I rented a room for 3 days for my granddaughters bday with ALOT of family coming I had an upgraded room for the party so I had to switch rooms for the party they made sure the roo. Was clean EARLIER than what I asked and let me in 40.min earlier than what I paid for at no charge and some of rhw housekeepers even helped carry stuff they made sure my rooms were next door to each other to make it easier the VOLCANO ROOM is absolutely AWESOME it's HUGE and easily accommodated 15 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room for 2 extra folding tables for.food and an extra room with 2 queen beds and a 2 door patio balcony I will absolutely rent again the rooms are clean and smell good
