Liked: Loved the spa tub in the room and the friendly staff

Liked: Staff was very nice.
Disliked: The bed was not sturdy at all. We got locked out of the building because card reader "froze". When I turned on the hot tub in our room, the water became dirty leaving a black film around the tub. And the hot tub in the pool area was out of order.

Liked: The waterpark was nice and so was the whirlpool in our room.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn't working. Our TV didn't work. The USB for the phone charger didn't work. And of course the maintenance didn't understand English where they had to use an app to understand. Also there was no phone in our room or hair dryer. I understand that times are tough for employees but a English translator would be nice.

Not the greatest...
Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities met our needs.
Disliked: The whole property looked aged and in need of updating. It met our basic needs for an overnight stay but I wouldn't want to stay for a longer vacation.

Disliked: The management team was terrible at costumer services and also made mistakes and then never contacted us I had to find out days later by checking the app yes it’s what it’s for but still if you can see communication both ways and the you change the customers upgrade contact them, n correct your mistake by either promising if anything changes you’ll notify us or by reaching a middle agreement not just fail completely to understand why we were upset and fail to offer any responsibility for the mistake and resolvultion we had a birthday party of 15 people all looking for rooms but was told there’s nothing you can do after we were approved Of the up grade your people just didn’t care at all and sold the room out from under us it seems, so terrible experience
