Disliked: There were some very unruly older kids in the pool who were making the entire area unsafe. There needs to be some staff making regular checks of the pools.

Disliked: There is no breakfast in the morning at all like said and u pay for to stay there the housekeeping never came to the room at all and replaces towels coffee nothing was horrible and all u would smell when coming in the building right wjere housekeeping was doing laundry was weed smell all the time every time u lef tthe building and return didnt see any housekeeping on the floor at all and game room half the games were broke the second day we were rhere and nit clean at all the hot tub was gross has stuff floating in it and was not happy with this stay at all and now will not return to this place again

Disliked: The room was not ready, and the pillows and bed were disgusting in the first room that we was put us in.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: It was in the heart of the Dells.
Disliked: Cleanliness, ghetto, not family friendly, pools need upkeep, floors were filthy and needed to be replaced, flooring under beds was plywood, refrigerators were gross, bathtub was gross, needed to change rooms but the next room was still not very clean.

Disliked: The TV had problems never knew how to work it u need a guide in the room how to work the TV.

Liked: The Roman suite was very spacious and everything was comfortable for our family of 6. Kids loved the pool area and game room was a nice bonus for them. The only issue I would say would be vacuuming the rooms a little better would be a plus to some but not a huge deal to us since we had four kids. Bed was comfortable and hot tub worked great. Pleasant stay for us over all
