Nice budget place to stay.

Liked: Great place to stay. Very clean and warm. Good location very friendly staff .
Disliked: Exterior needs some tlc- guttering needs a good clean , water dripping everywhere and lots of fallen moss outside front door made it very slippy for my elderly parents.

Liked: The cottage was very clean with lovely clean bedding. Check in we were lucky to see the reception assistant as he was leaving. He did help us get our keys and left a message for us but unfortunately there's no WiFi when we arrived for me to get it.
Disliked: No WiFi, toaster didn't work and the assistant on check out was not happy. Not a good service.

Liked: Staff is very helpful and cordial. Pool facility was good and there is a little place for kids to play as well. The flat was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable and the property overall was very nicely maintained. It has garden and play area for kids. Location is little out of town but that is what we wanted.
Disliked: The house didn't had dishwasher or washing machine. They did had laundry service though. The keys were bit difficult to operate and during rains the front of house got a little messy. There was no broadband service but our 5g connectivity was fine. You might not like it if you are dependent on public transport.

Liked: The pool was nice but even though it was full there was no lifeguard or supervision.
Disliked: The attitude of some staff.

Good but dusty and allergic

Liked: looked neat and tidy. big rooms and clean bathrooms
Disliked: Too dusty and had a suffocated feeling with low ventilation. half of our group fell sick and returned. No wifi , even though the add says free wifi.

Disliked: The radiatior in room was so load most of the night was really bad had to move rooms to try and sleep
