Great place for an off-season...

Liked: Right on Wells Beach with rooms overlooking the ocean. Affordable at least in the off season
Disliked: A loud crowd by our room at 2pm. Could happen anywhere. Room in lowest level felt a bit isolated.

Liked: clean ,great beach acess,.but if you want to enjoy cannabis. go to another place.
Disliked: You could not do something your doctor prescribed .No cannabis !! very disappointed, it is legal in the state ,that's part of why I picked Maine to visit.
