Excellent location, spotlessly clean, not...

Liked: No breakfast available. Location is excellent
Disliked: The metal stairs outside of the beachfront room. Everyone who comes and goes to the beach uses these stairs and they are very noisy. Also the walls are very thin , I could hear conversations of other guests and when the cleaning staff were working they were very loud. My purpose for being there was to be somewhere quiet and rested…the various noise levels prevented that.

Very relaxing a great getaway.

Liked: My family would bring me and my sister when we were younger. we would always come in November, so when I got a boyfriend and wanted to go on vacation, I chose to come to Wells, and i wanted to stay in a hotel that i know and am familiar with. It met my expectations and then some!!! Love it here.

Great place for an off-season...

Liked: Right on Wells Beach with rooms overlooking the ocean. Affordable at least in the off season
Disliked: A loud crowd by our room at 2pm. Could happen anywhere. Room in lowest level felt a bit isolated.
