Passable

Liked: Extremely clean . Owner was very nice . Comfy room. Was an old Howard Johnson. Pool was clean. Staff was great .
Disliked: Not close at all to the beach or asbury park . Had to take a taxi. Next door is a strip club . Condoms sold at the counter . Sketchy area!!

Liked: Old, shabby, small room, smelly room, bed cheap and uncomfortable, bathroom small toilet small so close to wall could not use it
