Loved the location & amenities...

Liked: The property location is excellent & the amenities were great!
Disliked: The room was very very dirty. I had to just not look at the bedsheets & try and make it through the night. We were so exhausted or I would have requested it be cleaned by house keeping, but I ended up just cleaning the entire bathroom with germ x I had on hand so that we felt comfortable enough to take a shower. The inside of the toilet was dirty & the shower was visibly dirty with hair & other debris. The sides of the tub came clean when I wiped them with a bath cloth so It obviously hadn’t been wiped. I’m sure some one sprayed it & called it done. We got a balcony room but our door was broken so we couldn’t use it. (Again something I would have addressed if we weren’t staying for just a night) Hopefully they can work all this out & work to make this place beautiful again because it has SO much potential!

Beautiful lake views!

Liked: The beautiful views of the lake and the overall beauty of the resort. The resort is very clean and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: No complaints as we liked everything about the property.

We will be back.

Liked: Fun comfortable place to stay while visiting our kids. We took our grandchildren to the pumpkin festival. They loved it. They also loved swimming in the pool and playing chess.
Disliked: Not much for breakfast

Liked: For the price and for as nice as the resort is the food options are not good and the restaurant and front desk are very understaffed
Disliked: Food options and not enough staff working in the restaurant and at the front desk
