Paid more for a Marriott...

Liked: Due to flight cancellation, booked for 5 hour stay. Restaurant/lounge was closed which we understand but front desk staff said they could check to see what room service meals would be available. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Beds in our double room were extremely uncomfortable and we barely were able to sleep. As a long time Marriott customer I was very disappointed.
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable, limited room service, front desk personnel were really unhappy to be there.

Ok, but not friendly hotel.

Liked: Close to the airport. Transportation to airport every 15 min.
Disliked: Nothing arround. Expected a good breakfast included for that price. Incredible for me, the parking charge for the guests/customers who selected the hotel. I mean…. no any courtesy for the guests. A apple, more water, breakfast, maybe transportation to other restaurant areas. The water and your key…. like in the army.
