Really enjoyed my stay; would...

Liked: Very friendly reception staff, and very straightforward. Lovey little ‘turret’ room with nice view and nice en-suite. Delicious dinner that I could eat with my dietary restrictions, and everything extremely reasonably priced. Heating in my room also very easy to adjust, and TV easy to work.
Disliked: A couple of things needing attention in the room I was in:1. Shower nozzle could do with being replaced as the jet goes in all directions!2. Having a skylight over the bed is lovely for adding light to the room, but it does add a bit of a noticeable draught over the bed. Perhaps better insulation round the edges, or a thicker blind, would help with this? 3. The room is quite rattly at night, especially in high wind, which I think is just because it’s not a modern building. Would be worth seeing if sources of the noises could be muffled somewhat

Liked: Visiting from Norfolk. Elderly relative in hospital. Ideal for walking there. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very cheerful staff.

Liked: Despite a late arrival with an elderly family member all staff were extremely helpful at check in. Initially there was some confusion with the booking however staff were very sympathetic and accommodating. Every member of staff went out of their way to be kind and friendly.Excellent breakfast - great selection and freshly prepared.
