Liked: Good central locations with access to restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and shop. Rooms are clean and friendly hotel staff. The hotel restaurant has also good food and a pub.
Disliked: Not much i didnt like. The only thing is the staircases are rather steep.

Liked: Great location, right in the Downtown. Superb access, and clean room for a short stay over. Great location if you aren't planning on doing anything at the hotel other than staying overnight.
Disliked: Considering the room size, no attached bathrooms, or lack of facilities, this one is not a Value for Money Pick. But great location if you aren't planning on doing anything at the hotel other than staying overnight.

Beautiful old-times charm at an...

Liked: The manager and reception employees were very nice and helpful. The building itself is a very nice heritage building, very charming with a large restaurant space, wide open entrance areas and stairs. The hotel is in the centre of Jasper, so walking everywhere is convenient. There are lots of nice restaurants and cafes around. The bathroom was completely renovated and really nice and functional. I liked the atmosphere of the place, reminiscent of old times and the friendliness of the people running the place. The price was affordable.
Disliked: Unfortunately I assumed to hotel had an elevator, which it doesn’t. For frail seniors and people with disabilities and/or challenging health issues this is a big problem as there are no ground-floor rooms. Our room was on the top floor and climbing those stairs was a painful struggle which caused further injury.The room itself was very small and the two single beds were uncomfortable and made even narrower by the fact the mattresses didn’t have edge support and were very bouncy. The pillows were too thick for side sleepers.Somehow the thermostat wasn’t quite responsive and the room was boiling hot, even with the window open.The food at the restaurant wasn’t nice at all. If they improved their cuisine and added an elevator or a chair-lift, I would visit again for sure and get a larger bed and room.
