Passable for a weekend’s stay...

Liked: Great location right in the middle of Grand Via and Plaza de Sol and a decent breakfast.
Disliked: Too noisy-you could hear people from the street but also every other resident and the cleaning staff from the interior of the building-and no heating in the room (mid November)

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, it is located in the center of the city, the breakfast is excellent, the room is large and clean.
Disliked: We had a small problem with the bathroom, the drain in the bathtub was bad.

Excellent boutique hotel with great...

Liked: Very friendly to the traveler. The front desk recommended and arranged day trips for me for four days and I was so grateful. I enjoyed the city of Madrid so much thanks to the great location of the hotel. Very clean and secure. They offer excellent breakfast at an additional cost.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Awesome location! In the middle of everything, short steps from the metro, we were able to do a lot of things of our list on a walk distance and loved the restaurants around!
Disliked: The room has a weird smell, now sure if it was because the building is old or if it’s a cleaning product but it was annoying on the first day, I feel like we got used to it after a while. Breakfast was ok but it wasn’t great, this was our third stay in Spain and it was our least favorite breakfast unfortunately.
