Liked: Marco is an excellent host, very helpful. Atelier offered us everything we needed for our stay. The room also had a balcony, so you can have breakfast or have a glass of wine outside. Location is few minutes from the center.
Disliked: I would welcome the possibility to use the fridge.

Liked: Marco is a formidable host. He was so very friendly and extremely helpful and had some good advice where to go on Florence. If only all hosts were like Mrsco!

Liked: Nothing in particular
Disliked: Broken hairdryer, tiny capsule shower, not enough bedding or blankets, thin pillows, no kettle or drink facilities/fridge, absolute minimum of everything including toilet paper… Manager not available until midday if any queries or problems.

Liked: Brilliant location to explore Florence. You are able to park your car right at the entrance to the city centre. Marco was the perfect host and explained us the must visits of the city, where to book a table for the night and even offered us wine. The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is good. Overall a perfect stay.

Firenze gem

Liked: The location is just outside the city centre, near the main train station but not close enough to hear it. Its about a 1Omin walk to be inside the city centre area but longer to each specific attraction. Duomo, is very near the centre of Florence and is about a 20min walk. The street has free parking, that is sought after, so once parked we didn't use the car to ensure we retained our park. We didn't need to use car either. The building is accessed by approx. 7 steps from the gate at street level and then all on 1 level from there. The room was large, with bedsides, sml table and bench for luggage. Bathroom is small, but clean and all that is necessary. Small balcony with chair through shuttered doors. Martin wasa dedicated host, with map, sightseeing and dining suggesions, even booked some for us. We loved this accom and would recommend.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
