Fantastic staff and location.

Liked: The staff are so welcoming. Greated by two lovely ladies at check in with big smiles and very helpful. The location was great with the main train station about 300 metres away and a bus stop around the corner to take you into the major tourist area.
Disliked: Pillows were soft but very flat, but we asked for an extra pillow each and this was taken to our room immediately. Tea & coffee were not replaced every day.

4 nights at Hotel Lasserhof

Liked: The hotel is close to the train station. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was clean.
Disliked: The room was small. There was not mini fridge in the room and the hairdryer was missing in the bathroom (although when we requested one, we got it). Unfortunately some of the guests were very loud at night.

Great stay, friendly staff and...

Liked: The location was excellent as it was literally 5 minutes from the train station, easy to get to from all over the city and near restaurants and quite safe as we walked back late at night from our site seeing.

Attention to detail needed

Liked: The staff were polite. The hotel was clean . The location was good. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: They made the bed but didn’t change the towels or restock the milk and coffee. The light in the bathroom was motion activated . The light switched off when you were in the shower.
