Very good

Disliked: 1. The hot and cold water taps in the basin were separate, making it difficult to obtain warm water. Both taps should be combined into a single unit that allows the user to control the water temperature.2. The drainage system was improper, and the premises were flooded with rainwater.

The stay was good, and...

Disliked: Hot water in the shower in our bathroom wasn't working well. Either it was too hot or it was too cold.

Sort it out please

Liked: I loved how lovely and accommodating the staff were.
Disliked: The black mold in the room, bottom of the shower, room windows and net curtains. The cooking Elements took forever to heat up but still weren't hot enough to cook. The little carton of milk in the fridge was off.

Perfect

Liked: Really clean and tidy unit, comfy bed, nice bathroom and kitchen facilities. It was also great to be allowed my wee dog in the unit with me. It was much appreciated.
