Relaxing.

Liked: Nice area, nice room, and the wellness staff were very polite.
Disliked: The restaurant was very unwelcoming, the menu was poor, and they served us a very sad dessert.For a 5-star hotel, you expect more than that.The room was nice, but it was very dusty; maybe there was 1 inch of dust on the little mirror.Breakfast was OK, but again, no one asked us if we wanted a hot drink or welcomed us; no fresh juice was served, and the croissants were old. From a 5-star hotel, you expect more than this...

Very comfortable hotel

Liked: Hotel is clean and modern. Very comfortable. SPA zone is awesome
Disliked: Very little menu in restaurant

Relaxing

Liked: Nice relaxing place in the middle of a farm. Relaxing but definitely a hike if you want to go to the beach or check out the town
Disliked: Nothing. I wanted to relax and stay from hustle and bustle o Napoli.

Liked: Room was very nice and clean with a big bathtub. Personal at the SPA was outstanding And the SPA menu as well. Pool and tennis court good
Disliked: Overall the personnel was very friendly but sometimes communication was hard due to a lower level of english. We booked this hotel also because of the gym, but at the time we arrived this was still not completed, there was no warning about this. Breakfast was very poor for a 5 start hotel,did not considered lactose intorelant people (and consisted mainly of sweets. Prices were a bit different between what we were told and what was charged ( restaurant 3 course menu, spa being part of the astrea building....)
