Great hotel for our Prague...

Liked: Great hotel - excellent location, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly staff.Good communication, including help with booking airport transfer which worked perfectly.Very good value for money.We upgraded to room on 7th floor with small balcony and lovely views.

Nice, but small beds

Liked: Nice hotel close to everything. Double room and twin beds were quite small. Not too comfortable for 2 friends to share.Would be fine as a single.Beds were very narrow.

Good experience in a beautiful...

Liked: The rooms are nice, the breakfast was good. The location is absolutely amazing!! Parking is a bit of a castle because driving to the hotel is a little adventure, there’s no parking in front of the hotel to unload / load the car, the parking garage can only be entered with someone from the hotel and at 36 euros a night it’s also quite expensive. BUT your car is safely parked, the front office was amazing and we were even allowed to park 2 hours longer after check out at 11 - so big plus! The location of the hotel is so great - right in the heart of Prague, everything in walking distance and many little bars and restaurants all over. We traveled with a younger child and so being able to return to the hotel whenever we wanted without having to commute a long time is really great! The Easter markets near the hotel were also an amazing experience!!

Very disappointing experience and poor...

Liked: The room itself was fine, and cleaned. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was amazing — very close to all the main attractions.
Disliked: When I arrived, I was really disappointed by how rude the staff was right from the start. There was no warm welcome, and their communication was very poor. It left a bad first impression. The room itself was fine, but the bed was uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel also lacks many basic facilities — there was no iron, no slippers, and several other essentials were missing. However, what really shocked me was on the last day when I asked to leave my luggage after check-out. I was charged an extra €3 just to store it for a short time. I’ve traveled to many countries, and this was the first time I had to pay for such a basic service. It felt unpleasant and unnecessary. Overall, this experience left a bad taste, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it based on the poor service and attitude of the staff.
