Adequate.

Liked: Check-in open long hours. Has all major necessities.
Disliked: Deceptive photos - room is small. Pillows were too big, not comfortable. Noise from fridge is loud. Tiny bathroom - no walk in shower like stated in booking, was shower in bath instead. Wasn’t able to turn down heating so was far too hot all night - couldn’t open window as noise from restaurant and train, although didn’t last all night.
