Disliked: The reception is not helpful at all. Me and also a colleague tried to tell them, that they gave us a wrong invoice for our stay. Via Mail or telephone it wasn't possible to solve anything. I can't recommend this hotel at all.

Disliked: We are check in 5th floor. But our room door can’t be locked. Durning night, can you imagine, sleeping in a room with door open!!!! Staff name “EMMA” she is unfriendly person. We have this problem, she wanna us call police. She said : call police or give me 25€ get out hotel.!!!!This hotel is the most terrible expensive i had durning my trip. Not recommended at all

Disliked: This place is a complete disaster and an absolute scam! Calling it a “hotel” is an insult to even the worst motels out there. The entire property is FILTHY beyond words. Dirt EVERYWHERE – on the floors, on the walls, in the air – it feels like they purposely want you to live in grime. No AC, so be prepared to sweat buckets as if you’re in some kind of torture sauna. How is this even allowed??The room REEKS of a disgusting earthy smell that doesn’t go away – it’s like staying in a pigsty, LITERALLY. Oh, and don’t expect a decent shower because the water pressure is so pathetic it would probably take days to rinse off. Absolutely revolting.And if the filth wasn’t enough, every single door in this so-called “hotel” SLAMS shut like a gunshot. It’s “complimentary” noise day and night – just as you finally manage to drift off, BANG, another door smashes from down the hall. You can barely fall asleep without being jolted awake by someone else’s door. This isn’t just annoying; it’s torture.I wouldn’t stay here even if they PAID me. Booking.com should be ashamed to list this dump on their site –
