Good value, but needs a...

Liked: The room had a few faults - broken bedside lights with exposed wires, window handle broken off so large window could not be closed, curtains had big tears in them. We reported these on the first day to the front desk, but nothing was done for four days until the last evening when they asked if we would like to swap rooms. The new room was better but still had broken bedside lights that were falling off the wall!
