Great hotel

Liked: Fantastic hotel and staff. Would stay again.
Disliked: Bed was fine for 1 night couldn't have slept on it for 2 nights but I do suffer with a bad back.

Convenient but pricey stay in...

Liked: Convenient quiet location, easy walking access to Oxford Street. Friendly and helpful staff.Clean room. Upgrade includes more space and Nespresso coffee machine.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was portioned and basic.
