Great location and really clean.

Liked: Really really clean place. Friendly staff. Excellent location and easy to get to.Very loud though, earplugs are provided which is really lovely, but still loud from the adjacent rooms. Can hear the underground but that’s not too loud. Would be nice to have a full length mirror on a wall, or any mirror. The one in the wardrobe was annoying because I had to prop the door open. Maybe more pillows too but not a deal breaker by any means.

Liked: 100% recommend! Great spacious room, lovely comfy bed, new bathroom with great shower. Was welcomed very warmly by the receptionist; I checked in late (23:30h) which was no issue.

Liked: The staff were so friendly. And friendly staff make ALL the difference to someone who travels for a living. Thank you so much for your wonderful support. The room is cozy and the view was lovely. Will return for sure.
Disliked: The only bad thing I could say was that the room was small, but for the price it's to be expected. Also, WIFI on the top dropped out sometimes.

Great stay in the heart...

Liked: The room was very big, clean and cosy and the bathroom was clean and new. The shower was really nice!
Disliked: The walls are very thin and we had some very noisy neighbors who talked and laughed all night. There was no minibar.
