Good price and location not...

Liked: Nice location close to beach. Beds were pretty stiff and room was small with a noisy in wall air conditioner. Because of those two things I would think twice about staying again. The price was far better than anything around. My family loved that it felt like you went in a time warp because it is so unique and old.

Amazing time and wonderful staff.

Liked: Great location, Great room and a right across the street from the beach. They also have a nice restaurant downstairs with a view of the ocean. I will always stay here, it was great.
Disliked: They just don't have a pool but if you love the beach its fine.

Liked: Very old and a bit run down, excellent location.

Overall it was the worst...

Liked: Carlos was rude at the front desk bad hospitality manners, not very helpful. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there and it showed in his mannerisms. You can’t park a full size SUV in the parking garage, it’s considered oversized so thats a hassle to try and park off property. Partial ocean view is not worth the up charge in our opinion. Housekeeping never came in. Couldn’t ask for a better location, breakfast restaurant right on property as well as a McDonalds next building over, beach right across the street and convenience store right next door.

Liked: Location was great, beds were comfortable and it was clean.
Disliked: Older building but that’s why the price was affordable.

Liked: Great location and nice view of the ocean.
Disliked: They had no parking available and basically sent us to a sister property parking garage where it was $50 per night and had to walk 1/3 mile back. :-( Not the most cheerful staff either.

Filthy

Liked: We didn’t end up staying because the room was disgustingly dirty, layers of dust, no smoke detector, finger smudge marks on coffee maker and hair in the bathroom sink on toilet paper and toilet seat. We spoke with booking.com and Shawn from the property who agreed to give a full refund of all monies.

Amazing 2nd time staying at...

Liked: Safety, location, and staff.
Disliked: No pool.

Simply the best little hotel...
