The bottom line, is that...

Liked: We self-catered for meals most of the time, which is what we prefer. The location is perfect, for getting to and from the airport, Marvel Stadium, MCG, Albert Park trams and anything near the CBD. We found an excellent carpark a short walk away. We parked at the front door after 10am to load our luggage.
Disliked: We would have liked onsite parking, but we found convenient and economical parking within walking distance. The accommodation was so good that the parking was not a problem.

Liked: Incredible facilities.The most comfortable bed I've had in accommodation in recent memory. Cook top is gas and but stupid electric, so can actually cook low and high properly. Air conditioning was almost silent, not that it was needed.Gym is limited but can easily accomplish most workouts with free weights and smith machine. Staff were professional and helpful.
Disliked: Location might not be ideal for some, I was heading into South bank and QC so was happy with it.

Liked: Location perfect for tram & train & walking. Apartment was modern, well equipped, super clean (glistening) with magnificent view. Bathroom & shower superb. Bedroom & lounge so comfortable. Access to great pool & gym. Reception & welcome was sincere and lovely. Definitely going back!

Disliked: We had to move rooms after one night as the fridge broke down and unfortunately the room they moved to us was smaller than the original room we had.
