Disliked: We had 2 rooms booked and both were the same. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the rooms next door. You will be woken with every little sound. The most important thing for me in a hotel is sleep and that is impossible here. The wardrobe in the bedroom upstairs was broken and the room downstairs was tiny and very bare. For the money this place is awful.

Liked: Nice centrally located compact place to stay, room comfortable, food excellent. Staff competent. What more do you need?

Very comfortable, a little noisy...

Liked: Clean , lovely shower , bed comfy .Good proximity for Guilford, where I was working.
Disliked: Thought restaurant was very nice although expensive, breakfast £15, did not have it , evening meal over £50 a head .

Liked: friendly staff and really nice accomodations. Bar was self service with trust in guest for writing down what they consumed.nice garden
Disliked: the bed was a little bit hard for our liking
