Liked: Lovely customer service from the time we arrived to when we left. The entire premises is clean and tidy. Our room was perfect, it had everything we needed. Would definitely return back to Aspen on King.

Disliked: Room needed alot if attention, shower had poor pressure and constantly dripped, toilet flushing issues, main sliding door lock desperate attention .. as didnt lock so easy to pull door open when locked .. For the price paid compared to other complexes would not rate as good value
