Terrible

Liked: We were due to have a group staying here for two nights and paid nearly $4000. The place is not even remotely as described on their website. My guess is it has been used as a housing New Zealand complex and has had zero refurbishment since. We have asked for a refund and will be filing with the small claims court for false advertising by tomorrow if no redress has been received. If we are refunded in full before this time I will remove this review.

Very helpful staff

Liked: Loved the short time booking in as the visit to Hamilton was a sudden trip
Disliked: We had to ask for more bedding as we did say 4 people

Emergency accomodation only !

Liked: Location was good, close to lots of restaurants etc on Grey St. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Shower was good pressure.
Disliked: It was a bit like a school camp room, just bare minimum. It served it's purpose as an emergency room when all else was booked out in Hamilton. It really is bare basics.
