Liked: Great room with balcony on 6th floor, massive ensuite, great 180 Degree views across the river towards the Guinness storehouse. Very clean room and wonderful staff throughout the hotel.
Disliked: The pillows … small and hard … not what we expected in such a comfortable room.

Great modern hotel with excellent...

Liked: Very clean, modern hotel. Excellent service from all the staff. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The superior room was a little smaller than expected but not a problem as very clean and huge bed. Breakfast was great with loads of options to cater for our whole party which included coeliac, veggie and fussy eaters! Great location to get into Dublin centre with the LUAS a 2min walk away. Only 25mins from the airport by taxi.
Disliked: Only a few minor issues: A little noisy for the rooms at the front on the Saturday morning but nothing too bad; Sunday was fine. The shower head was very low - you wouldn't want to be 6ft tall (which I'm not!) Bed was quite hard for us (but we are used to a memory foam mattress). Paid for superior room but it felt a little smaller than expected.

Lovely hotel set back enough...

Liked: Lovely staff and nice clean hotel. Not far to walk in to centre and also handy for the Guinness Factory which was approx. a ten minute walk away. Service in the hotel was spot on and the food was lovely too. I would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Beds seemed on the small side in comparison to other hotels but room was great.

Disliked: The pillows are really uncomfortable which is sad as everything else is very good.
