Liked: The hotel was amazing in every way.Caroline and her team work in perfect harmony, and I can say they are the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met.Even if you have any issues, this is a place where they will always be there for you.I stayed for five days, and I will miss you so much!

Wonderful staff but the room...

Liked: The man and woman at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. When the heating wasn't working, the chap brought me a fan heater until he fixed the problem.
Disliked: Heating and hot water was shut down for a day and a half from the first night we arrived, so it was cold. The radiators did not seem to work. The towel rail is oddly situated and doesn't allow for multiple thick towels, or for them to dry throughly, because the radiators (when working) were too small.No hooks to hang bathroom bags (luckily we'd brought our own).The shelf under the bathroom mirror had broken off.The carpet had not been vacuumed thoroughly.The TV did not allow access to many of the terrestrial channels.First rule of business: always test the product yourself (User Acceptance Testing). Anyone who stayed in the room would soon notice and become irritated by everything mentioned above.
