Liked: Excellent location and staff, the place while dated is clean and bed was comfortable, I'm just continually surprised at how expensive everything has become
Disliked: Breakfast, offering could have been better, but staff were attentive.

The hotel is old and...

Liked: We loved the location. It was just a little off from the busier areas so you miss the bustle but it is also close enough that you can walk to pubs and restaurants very easy. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Because the hotel is close to the popular areas, you will likely get traffic from the pubs at night. People outside kept my parents up throughout the night.

Disliked: 1. There were no car parking available. They have very limited car parking. So we had to park in public parking.2. Room did not meet the expectation of hotel standards. There were no cupboard. They should upload photos of each type of room with name and description about the room.3. I have booked small rooms, but when I entered in room I felt claustrophobic. I didn't expect that room will that small where there will be just bed and building you see through the window I felt it's very close to the room. This is first time in life I felt claustrophobic.4. There was no space to walk properly in the room. 5. Staircase depth is uneven, I tripped few times.6. Place is not worth for money
