while we were initially disappointed...
Liked: On reaching the hotel we were put off by the external appearance. My wife likened it to a doss house.However when we returned later and could gain access we were pleasantly surprised.Reception was easy and although we found the 50 stairs to our room a bit of a problem we were very satisfied with our accommodation. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We did not like the outside appearance of the hotel and , being OAPs we did not like the 50 stairs up to our room

This is a place for...
Liked: The breakfast is modest and well prepared. The staff are polite and helpful. I am impressed very well by one of the staff for help and assistance. Her name is Jane. She was very supportive and delightful to residents
Disliked: The reception team are very helpful and willing go help. I met a guy whose name is Prayam (i may have the name wrong I spelling) He made my stay very encouraging
