Liked: The television signal was pathetic, the only hotel I have stayed at in Greymouth where they dont have SKY, to cheap maby. The door in the passage kept banging when someone came in or went out as the latch was broken and has obviously been for a while, so I didn't get much sleep.

Not pleasant or value for...

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: The whole place was shabby.The room was shabby and dated and lack anything like air conditioning and the TV was very poor and one of the main Chanels was impossible to see.It did not reflect what is shown on the website.

Liked: The location was our reason for this choice
Disliked: The accommodation was basic, there is poor ventilation in the room it had a cheap damaged fan, no air con. TV was very limited in choice. Kitchen equipment is low quality. Shower head was partly blocked and the shower tray felt insufficiently supported.

Liked: The food is amazing. We had my Mum with us for dinner on Friday night, and the food and the staff were beyond our expectations.Breakfast was fantastic too and we'll be back.
Disliked: Everything was excellent.

Liked: The biggest advantage of this property is the location and the food and drinks. Greymouth does offer some dinner possibilities, but the food served here was one of the best!
Disliked: Rooms were a bit basic and "older" but what do you expect for the price. It is the only "real" hotel in the neighborhood.
