Disliked: No WiFi (was given the names and passwords, but still wouldn’t connect), ALOT of people living there, location was a little weird.

Disliked: Roaches in two different rooms, nasty bathrooms, and room hadn’t even been swept or vacuumed. Small bugs everywhere too

Liked: I liked the price and the location that was it.
Disliked: Just about everything was wrong about this place. It's run down, and barely clean and no decent maintenance. The other people staying there must rent long term. Hanging around all hours of the day and night, yelling, slamming doors and have their junk all over outside. We had a room right beside the lobby and our view was of a rough looking vehicle with totes covering the entire roof of the vehicle stacked high and not even strapped down. It looks like it has been sitting there so long the roof is flattened. There was a giant gap under our door, we had bugs, roaches and flies in our room. It was dirty in the shower, mirrors, and on the doors. The one and only blanket we had was as thin as a curtain. Small stained towels. Our door would close on the curtain every time we went in or out because it wasn't installed properly. I could go on and on. Please go elsewhere. We only stayed because it was pet friendly. NEVER AGAIN!

Disliked: nothing its a rip off says i never showed up in which i did they told me to go check in at their sister hotel and then double charged me

Liked: we didn't end up staying. it was not acceptable.
Disliked: this property is not what is shows in the booking listing. is its not acceptable for families.there were rooms that actually had plants and grills outside of them like they were renting them out like apartments and then whatever rooms were left are being used as hotel rooms. the owners failed to get in contact with booking.com to cancel my reservation as I did not feel safe staying there with my family and other families I was meeting and now we are dealing with a no show charge because of it. please read google reviews as well before booking! I wish these had shown up before we had booked this hotel as if they had we would have never booked it!
