Friendly staff and a very...

Liked: It was clean and considering there was a Christmas party downstairs it was quiet.
Disliked: The bed was very hard, and both the bathroom door and entrance door were very stiff. I locked myself in the bathroom a few times.

Disappointed

Liked: Location,free big car park, cheap for south east
Disliked: Cold breakfast. Cold room, out of date bathroom, awful music in breakfast room, Hotel once great now shabby,under invested, under staffed. A real shame.
