An okay stay, wouldn’t rush...

Liked: We stayed here for one night whilst attending a function. The staff were very lovely & helpful and we were greeted with a smile. The room was clean & tidy and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The room was £114 for the night which didn’t include breakfast (which we were pleased about having eaten dinner) For what you got I’m not sure it’s worth it. The food at the function was not great, very basic & the waiting staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The horse radish sauce was asked for multiple times but only arrived once the beef had been eaten. The food was lukewarm. Drink are incredibly expensive too

Disliked: The breakfast options were not very healthy, very little fresh fruit on offer. The walls to the rooms are very thin so you can hear the neighbours.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
Disliked: Has this was my first visit when I arrived I did not expect how busy things were. Not realising to use all the spa treatments you needed to book. There for on arrival by the time we checked in and wanted to use these facilities they were all fully booked the day of our arrival and the following week. This meant we could not use any of these facilities. The swimming pool was fine however the jacuzzi was also a little small so waiting time to use that and the sauna took a while to be able to use.
