Functional and met our requirements

Liked: Convenience for Eurotunnel and very handy having Sainsbury's superstore next door for petrol and food.
Disliked: Staff a little somber but not rude.

Liked: Room was big enough (Double Room) and the shower was great, the bed is also very comfortable!
Disliked: The entrance area and bar are lovely but other areas are very dated and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel.

Underwhelming

Disliked: The bed in 323 was broken, I had to flip the bed around so that my upper body wasn’t sinking. I have stayed in this hotel before, but this time we had no USB wall sockets, and the TV was a lot smaller. So I’m a little disappointed

Liked: Efficient, functional, good value
Disliked: Room was the furthest from the lift, with lots of heavy fire doors between - not good when managing luggage. Corridors are starting to look a bit worn.
