Liked: TV was not tuned in on arrival and staff on duty tried to tune it but could only get a few stations.Breakfast was not hot as cooked food is kept under an air conditioning unit and when customers left the lid open on the food storage unit the cold air was blowing down on the food.Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Decent food but the visit...

Liked: The food generally was very good although the service, especially at breakfast, was poor.
Disliked: I was allocated room 227. The second floor signs show rooms 200-227 but I had to walk the length of the corridor on floor twice only to find the rooms finished at 220. No instructions were given that 227 was somewhere else in the hotel. It was incredibly irritating to tbe given a room that is impossible to find.. I asked to change my room to 215, which I could find, but the corridor lights were not working so I had to guess which room was mine in total darkness. The maintenance man knew about this problem but did nothing about it when I reported it.
