Charming and elegant

Liked: The property was lovely, well maintained and had lots of charm. The breakfast was high quality and the atmosphere was brilliant. It’s a great place for a weekend get away, right in the middle of Matlock Bath main road, so it’s easy to pop back if needed. The bed was comfy and warm. The room was perfect size for what we needed, it was lovely staying here and I highly recommend it.
Disliked: N/a, everything was perfect

Disliked: It was a bit cold but they did provide an extra heater.

Liked: Paula and Shaun were excellent hosts, the breakfasts were exceptional.Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Ideally located to explore the area.Well appointed breakfast room with superb attention to detail.Comfortable bed with good quality linen.
Disliked: Lack of heating in the shower room due to the time of year.Some noise transference from the room below.The base of the shower needed attention.

Liked: Owners were extremely friendly and helpful,nothing is too much trouble. our room was lovely perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was beautiful, great choice. We got to meet the owners 2 beautiful dogs 😍 thanks for an amazing stay guys I'm sure we will definitely be back.
Disliked: Can't say there was anything we didn't like.

Liked: The hosts, the entrance and dining room. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Although the presentation of the room was very nice it was smaller than we imagined. Bathroom needs refurbishment and there is no heating in the bathroom.
