Liked: Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They upgraded us to a larger room. The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Good location, walkable to downtown and restaurants. Quiet area. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Cleaning product smell upon checking in was quite strong. No frying pan.

Liked: get a water view but....such a warm welcome. I'm not super tidy myself but when I entered our unit my first thought was ."...omg, so clean. With a very welcoming bed. ". The photos are just how it looks. Great value and we'll stay there next time. Ps. Top restaurant Embra is only 200m away As good as 99% Auckland restaurants. Stunning.After staying in many hotels, it's great to park at the door and not lug stuff a long way

Pleasant comfortable stay.

Liked: Lovely comfortable bed with clean bedding. Kitchen area was clean and had everything needed. Parking outside was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing really.The heater smelt a bit strange when we turned it on, but I don’t think it had been used for a long time.

Liked: Everything was provided, rooms were large but layout of lounge/dining was uninspiring. It was a 3 person unit and 3 plates/mugs/etc were provided, which meant I had to wash last night's coffee mugs before we could have tea for breakfast.
