Superb

Liked: Hosts were helpful with providing local information. Good breakfast. Room was cozy, clean and modern. I enjoyed the walk along the river to town. Buses also nearby to take you to town center or train station.

Overnight shopping trip at a...

Liked: Location in Fulford great for transport links to city centre of York.Small parking area on site but also available parking on a side street next to guest house. Fiona very welcoming on arrival. Room and bathroom extremely clean. Plenty of coffee ,tea milk etc. Beds very comfortable. Shower runs lovely and hot. Nice touches in bathroom, eg, room spray, cotton pads, shower wash etc.Plenty of storage in rooms. Large wall mounted TV. Didn't have breakfast on this visit but previous stays ,breakfast was excellent, made with local produce. Definitely will return.☺️
