Great location, noisy rooms

Liked: Really friendly staff and the location is great! Unfortunately the walls seem to be from paper since I could hear every conversation from both neighbours sides. Breakfast didn’t always feel so fresh.

Perfect location, small personal hotel

Liked: Perfect location as only 10 min walk to old town and train station. In a quiet location. Very modern and clean with nice bar area and continental breakfast served in the morning. Requested a front room so no noise from trainline at all. The staff all very polite and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately on the last night got a very noisy family. However I rang reception and they did ask them to quieten down, but next morning woken up again at 6.30 am with them . Not sure if just very noisy or thin walls ..

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel is lovely, very clean and great location. Was quiet at night. If you turn right out of hotel you will find old town and a large shopping centre which is open until 10pm. Room is small but has everything you need. Plenty on offer for breakfast which is available until 10.30 each morning. Turn left and you will walk to Jewish quarter in 15/20 mins. Would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow.
