An ok stay, but I’m...

Liked: The rooms were clean
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and they put a non smoking room next to a smoking room. The walls were very thin and no cleaning supplies were given. A basic dustpan and mop would have been good.

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Comfortable room, plenty of space. Very handy having the Fox and Hounds co-located
Disliked: Bathroom was adequate but could do with updating. Nowhere to put your things while you're having a shower

The staff are very welcoming...

Liked: Room was spacious enough for the 2 of us with a nice comfy bed which was appreciated.The motel was just off a busy road but we found it to be quiet & overlooked some nice greenery. We enjoyed a lovely meal at their restaurant.
Disliked: NA

Good basic and clean accommodation...

Liked: Basic overnight accommodation. Quiet inside the room yet located close to the M1 entrance. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

Cheap n ok for a...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was as clean as a property of its age could be expected to be.The property is showing its age but it was just a room for one night so we weren't too bothered.
Disliked: There was a lot of rubbish and fallen leaves around the property and on the balcony area of both rooms.One of the rooms had an old used sheet on the deck area as well as torn up carpet tiles which looked to have been there for quite a while. The reading lights in both rooms didn't work.

Liked: Clean room. Dated decor but comfortable.
Disliked: Noisy location next to highway. hot water took a long time to arrive. bathroom had broken towel rail fitting still protruding from the wall next to toilet which was a OH&S issue. TV reception breaking up.
