An excellent faultless stay ....

Liked: Hi, We will stay here again as everything from checking in , bedrooms, breakfast and parking were all excellent. Heavy snow had fallen and outside all the pavements were frozen but it was lovely and warm in the hotel

Harrogate's best kept secret

Liked: A fab hotel just minutes walk from the town centre. Clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. The staff are all exceptionally polite, helpful and welcoming. Daniel did a fantastic job of making us feel like nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. We would recommend this hotel and will be back.

Liked: Clean, friendly, close to the center of Harrogate.
Disliked: Hotel great 10/10. However, what I didn't like, was for this one booking, i.e. for one night, I received NINE emails before arriving at the hotel...
