Liked: Location.Staff. Reception.
Disliked: Bed was bit dirty, along with some dust in the room and not a great smell in the room.

Disliked: Small rooms cramped bathroom. Internet didn’t work on my floor(2nd) tried to call reception but the room phone also didn’t work

Disliked: Rooms are very dated. Nothing like the photos which was very disappointing. The shower is over a small bath with no shower screen or curtain making it very difficult to shower without soaking the bathroom. There was construction work going on what felt like in the room next door. Don’t expect a lie in.

Disliked: The room was very dirty and smelly, We asked to change to another room, but the new room was dirty with hair in the bathroom.

Beautiful stay

Liked: The hotel is beautiful on the outside and inside. The hotel bar is stunning and does good cocktails. A lot of reviews on here said the rooms were small but we found it ok for size. The beds are huge and really comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the metro on Radhuspladsen or the train station at Kongens Nytorv. We found the hotel good value for money for a city and the staff were friendly too. A fabulous stay!!
Disliked: The bathroom is in room and only separated but a glass sliding door so there isn't much privacy. We didn't try breakfast but thought it was quite expensive and didn't like the fact you had to pay for the nice coffee in the room but perhaps that is normal in Denmark. Not much to dislike!
