Liked: - wonderful "old feel" hotel - lovely staff - great breakfast - wonderful river view lounge
Disliked: - slightly away from the heart of the action

Definately worth staying here. :)

Liked: Lovely vintage hotel. Staff was beyond excellent. I slept so well. Will stay here again. :)
Disliked: Not having a small fridge in the room was inconvenient & the hotel ice was never very frozen as it melted very quickly.

Comfy place to stay, just...

Liked: Lovely rooms, great library and patio on the top floor, lots of places to hang out and relax, great breakfast! Lovely neighbourhood with great restaurants close by.
Disliked: Would prefer the ground floor patio was smoke free during breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: Our second stay at this amazing hotel. The top library room over looking the water makes the property absolutely incredible. The staff were so accommodating and kind with our departure times and even prepared us sandwiches for the road. We really can’t wait to come back here at third time!

Great trip-love Lisbon!

Liked: Beautiful building, lots of places to sit and relax. Very quiet. Staff were wonderful-helpful and always so warm.
Disliked: A little far from downtown which was fine for us but something to consider. We did a lot of Uber and bus.

Liked: Had variety and was appealing, staff most delightful! Room upgrade very appreciated, delightful bathtub and marvelous hot water! Charming, gracious experience! We will return.
