For the price, would stay again. Attention to details would have made it an easy 4 rating, possibly 5.

Liked: Great shower head. Good pressure. Jacuzzi was super! Room temperature control very good. Great price and location. Staff very friendly. Have stayed in Microtels before and the layout of the rooms are very good. Wifi service very good. Clean.
Disliked: No iron in the room and we had to wait 10 minutes to get one. The bed was awful. Awful! The bed had a huge slope to the middle. There are no king size beds in this hotel (we were told by the front desk staff). Toilet paper holder across the bathroom. Children would have to get up and go retrieve off the roll, as it would not come off. Staff not very familiar with surroundings. Remote control was taped up so batteries would not fall out. Sketchy.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. But i booked online and they advertised there was breakfast. When i got there there was a sign stating breakfast was being discontinued as of 8/07/24. I actually got there 07/25/24 and there was no breakfast at all. Theyre ice machine was literally a mini fridge sized ice machine that you had to scoop the ice out yourself. VERY unsanitary. If inspectors were to come check this place out i guarantee it would not pass an inspection.
Disliked: Bad service. Ice machine was a self serve with a scooper which is very unsanitary. False advertisement of breakfast when there was no breakfast. Also the desk agents were being very stingy with the towels. And my bathroom doors handle wouldnt even turn or lock.
