Liked: - Location is really very good, 2 minute walk to the heart of broadbeach, close to the casino, close to the beach and close enough to Surfers paradise- The rooms provide you enough comfort for your evening stay after a big day out and are clean enough not to feel uncomfortable, beds are comfy but not super high quality. All the creature comforts you need.
Disliked: - Fridge needs replacing ( picture )- Microwave needs replacing - Cutlery and dishes, a few more could be used.- You'll see a few resident roaches now and again- A few maintenance issues, shower heads ( picture ) tracks on outdoor sliding door, unbalanced washing machine, some screws and hinges need tightening.

Ok except for furniture

Disliked: Unit 25 2 broken chairsLounge junk did not even have a back cushion.The owner of this unit does Not deserve to have this property let.

Resort is a ridiculously generous...

Liked: The parking facilities were good...
Disliked: The room was overly perfumed, the dryer smelt like it was on fire, there was mould in the washing machine, the bathroom shower and toilet were not particularly clean. There was a thick layer of dust on the fan, walls and under the bed. The bed smelt and was incredibly uncomfortable.

Disliked: The owners of the room need to spend a few dollars and update bedding etc. also no basic washing up or cleaning products and no complimentary coffee or tea on arrival just milk....

Liked: The location was perfect for me. Walking distance to everything. Just absolutely loved it
Disliked: Nothing.

Great location, good fascilities

Liked: Pool, spa, kitchen, bathroom,bedroom.
Disliked: Sometimes could hear guests in room above us, walking about, dropping things.

Disliked: Shower was in very variable in temperature, not consistent
