You made our stay Great!...

Liked: It was the best choice for us based on the Hotel location. we walked around and enjoyed. We went outside and Uber/tax was readily available. bus/metro was within reach. the continental breakfast buffet was good, we enjoyed it . The coffee machine broke down on our first morning, BUT the Front desk/ receptionist was very kind to accommodate and gave us the coffee that we so needed for our morning. she was very helpful. All the receptionist were very accommodating. |we had 2 excellent ladies. on different days. the rooms were neat & clean. it was serviced everyday.
Disliked: NONE. we love your Hotel. We will recommend it to others and I believe we would love to use this accommodation next time we come back. More service water is much appreciated, though.

Short vacation trip to Madrid

Liked: Very nice staff and personal approach, good breakfast, clean room, comfortable and last but not least - the perfect location close to a metro, super communicative and walking distance to the central sites.

Liked: It's in a great location with great staff and good breakfast. The room was a good size, the complimentary wine and olives was a treat
Disliked: The bed was a bit too hard for us, the bathroom had opaque glass walls which felt awkward as we didn't really want to see each other on the toilet. We worked around it but it wasn't ideal. We could have done with a better fan/extraction in the loo too. There wasn't a proper window in our room , only one that opens onto a narrow open area in the centre of the building looking straight out to another wall and windows only feet away. A few more toiletries would have been nice as we're limited on liquids when flying and there's only a bar of soap and shower gel.
