Passable

A nice weekend, but not...

Liked: Good location for the power station. Loved the modern feel.
Disliked: Our bathroom sink was blocked and mould all swam to the top (we told reception) also our fridge was broken for the entire stay. Annoyingly receptionist kept saying they were sending people up to sort it and it remained broken. Tried to give 2 free drinks in the cafe but that’s useless as we’re going home. Rooftop pool was lukewarm at best. Not exactly the heated pool we thought we were getting. Having the sauna and steam room on -1 when the pool is rooftop was bizarre, but I wouldn’t recommend. Sauna was ok but the steam room had an absolutely disgusting smell to it.

Fabulous hotel with cool arty...

Liked: Fabulous hotel with cool decor and funky vibe. Roof top pool is amazing, as is bar on 15th floor, both with great views. Helpful staff on Reception (Justine was excellent). Area has lots to see and do. Battersea Power Station has lots of shops and restaurants. Loved the hotel room. 5/5 stars.
Disliked: Prices fluctuate a lot depending on which dates to stay.

Nice hotel but horrible decor

Disliked: We got stuck in one of the lifts for 10 minutes because we weren't aware we had to scan our door key before pressing the button for the floor. There is a sign telling you to, but it's around 2 feet off the floor and so not easy to see! Would be nice to have a full English breakfast option on the menu rather than having to order each item individually. Didn't like the decor - it was trying to be modern but was pretty ugly in our room.
