Liked: The complimentary touches were very welcomed . It was clean . Liked the location , good shower , nice and warm . Comfy bed
Disliked: The decor was very minimalist, which left the room feeling a bit cold and sterile . But that’s just a personal preference .

Disliked: There were two elevators, unfortunately one of them was not working during my stay.

Hard start, but great stay

Liked: We finally got a nice room in 5th floor where you actually have a Rhine view.The hotel is nice and clean,.The location is on the Rhine and close to the center.
Disliked: The hotel parking is small and we couldn't find a place in it. We also couldn't book a place in advance. We had to wait there and go to the hotel to ask for direction for other parking.. The other option is still close and packed but we found a spot there.The check-in line was long and we got a room with lock that didn't work and it took us 3 walks to the check-in counter and taking the tech guy with us to finally convince them that the lock was not working and get a new and upgraded room. Once this was sorted out all was great.
