Liked: The rooms were very modern and very clean. A part of my job is to assess cleaners at work and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room. The cleaning staff are doing a great job.
Disliked: The location isn’t the best. You have to take a bus and 2 trains just to get into Berlin. We spent a lot of money on Uber’s which are very reliable btw. A vending machine at the hotel would have been a bonus too.

Liked: great location near metro station, quiet neigbourhood, clean and spacious rooms, reception stuff were very lind and helpful
Disliked: TV remote was not working

Liked: The room was pretty big and comfortable and it was a lot more affordable compared to other places for a bigger room with better facilities
Disliked: The only negative thing is that the safe didn't work and reception told us that the guy who's supposed to come and fix the safes will come only after we were supposed to leave and that there are no other safes available for our room

Liked: The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Breakfast was nice, and the staff was nice as well.
Disliked: The bath leaked a little bit (but it was ok) and the location wasn't the best fit for us - its more suitable for people who are looking for shopping. Transportation was ok.. 5 minutes walk from a bus station and 10 minutes from the metro.
